Its pretty simple. You say the machinary shouldn't figure in the results of the racing. I suggest that a one make series is the way to achieve that. I'm sure we both agree that Grand Prix racing is far superior in spectacle to a one make series. You then saaid that TC is a relitively new thing, which it is. But I remind you that bike development affecting the results in prototype racing is nothing close to a new concept. It has always been a part of Grand Prix racing and without it we would essentialy have a much lesser formula. I especially feel that TC and electronics is a vital area for the progression of vehicle development and although rules regarding it may not be ideal when as unrestricted as they are, i think a ban would be a big blow.
