For his dad wining was more important than all the other .... life has to offer, JR I think understands this. Kinda reminds me of King Kenny and KRjr. I bet Jr. enjoyed his career a hell lot more.

But who was more exciting to watch between King Kenny and Kenny Jr?

I have nothing against Dale Jr being a nice guy, was very happy to see him win the 500 last year. But the greats and legends are at another level for a reason. Yeah maybe they aren't having as much fun as others, but watching them transcend that boundary is what it is all about.

Without those guys who are driven and focused to perhaps their detriment, motorsport just wouldn't be the same.

The ....... gene skipped KRjr and went to Kurtis Roberts. Kurtis was a terror on the track... I vaguely remember him t-boning someone at Mid-Ohio... was it Hopkins?

I think that's what a lot of F1 drivers are like IMO. Look at that Hamilton. Sure things have worked out for him going to Mercedes, but at the time he left, McLaren were more competitive and he left because they wouldnt let him "Market his brand". Wtf is that ....? Are you a racing driver or a clothes salesman?

Reminds me of the interview KRJR gave to Soupkast when he was saying he stopped playing golf with his dad because his dad wanted to bet money and make it a competition all the time, when Jr just wanted to go and relax and play some golf!

I am not. I started to in the beginning of last season but with everything happening in the end. They acted like children and for the oldest one to behave like that...
I just don't like lorenzos personality or look. I get irritated just seeing his face [emoji13] But hi is an amazing rider nonetheless

Funny how different people connect on different levels when it comes to celebrity. Me, I could not care less what someone looks like, sounds like, or their general demeanor. What I do care about is how people act and react .I think a lot of what turns some people off about Jorge is he is trying to explain himself in a foreign language and doesn't know the nuances of the language to not come across as some kind off emotionless ..... In the end, I don't get attached emotionally to any celebrity such as joining fan clubs,buying gear or apparel with any particular riders name on it etc etc. I admire the talent and love the machines.

Maybe he is a lovely guy but I don't see it. I would never be in any fanclub or anticlub and I don't care so much about who's going to win. I usually don't post my opinions about the riders either. I don't know what came over me

My hubby's the same as you just loves the whole motorcycle thing,but even he said Jorge was really nice , and he calls a spade a spade, but ofc each to their own , i never used to like Moaner Stoner lol....
