What do you know of Bonsie's team and equipment level? Should he be riding against Pesek? DiMeglio or Talma?

also notice that the 250 field is not as thin as some predicted. 22 riders

if the 800s lack in tight racing the lower cylinder class's will surely provide much close racing... it's gonna be epic!

250cc racing is still plagued by the huge gaps in equipment, hence my previous question about Bonsey's bike. But as you said, the grid is better subscribed than expected and i'm expecting another great championship.

true. the honda guys are the ones who are really gonna suffer as usual. at least bonsey is on an aprillia. theres only 5 or 6 full 09 factory aprilla/gilera bikes & we know whos gonna get those.

I don't think the top spec Honda's are so bad in the greater scheme of things, but anyone riding one can rule themself out of the championship and start hoping for podiums, its a shame really.

My understanding is that Bonsey was recruited to the 125s out of dirt trackin' by none other than King Kenny and he is under the tutelage and management of Mr. Robert's empire. What bike specs this puts him on I have no idea, but he is gonna learn what it takes to be successful.

not full factory. this past season he was on a 07 aprilla in the degraff team. i'm hopin he'll a 08 250 to ride so he'll have the chance to get some decent results.
