Remember being said a couple of years ago, that both Honda and Yamaha had bigger budgets in MotoGP than all the other teams combined (being Suzuki, Kawasaki and Ducati).
Not sure where that came from, or any truth, but I doubt Honda will be in any trouble because their budget remains the same as 2009. They will still spend a crap load on development.
As I said elsewhere, I think Hiro Oayama will be on the Repsol bike next year anyway.
The 6 engine rule will just limit the laps riders do in practice.
Once they get a good setup, the bike will be parked. Less action for the fans.
This rule also has the potential to screw up the championship because someone has engine problems and require additional engine changes.
How pissed will the Rossi army be is VR looses the championship because he runs over the 6 engines allowed.
