Is there a particular reason WSBK doesn't visit Japan? I'm relatively new to following WSBK, so I may have missed something.

I'd really love to go see WSBK live. And it figures that as soon as I move from the US to Japan, they get a US round.

What gives? No Suzuka/Motegi/Fuji on the calendar?

Because you couldn't make a Michelin shod Ducati work at Sugo, in fact you couldn't make a Ducati work at Sugo unless it had Foggy on it for some reason, - so the Flammini's dropped it from the calendar and never looked back. Suzuka would be a great acquisition though imo.

Because FG Sport are asking too much this year and Palmer is far too astute to allow the ticket receipts on a ramming August weekend to line the Flammini Bros pockets. He'll sit tight and they'll probably capitulate and come to an agreement - if not this year but next...it's still the most lucrative round of the season.

Heard the rumour in the summer that Kyalami was back and posted it on here - good to see it confirmed.

Yeah but Donington is a load of ...., i hate the place!

I`ve read that Palmer may run an alternative event at around the same time that Brands was.I can`t see it being a big bash like the few Sugo opens that ran years ago .....remember them?

JP said that because FG sport were asking double the price, he would have to bump the tickets up by an extra 15 quid, therefore it isnt on the fans so he didnt want wsbk at Brands. (according to teletext)

I'd rather pay the extra 15 quid if it meant i get to see wsbk at Brands!
