just leave it, one of my friends rode his bike for a week in the alps with 3 spokes missing, they are generally fine. If it bothers you though just take the spoke out and replace it, it will cost pennies. Easy to do as well.

spin the wheel and see if it buckled, if not you should still be able to ride it. spokes are cheap and most bike shops will true a wheel for about £4.

get it fixed man - it's be cheap as. if the wheel is still 'true' then it only needs a new spoke - they're coppers and you only need a flat blade screw driver to remove the old one.
not fixing it will cost much more ! my mate bust one while out on a ride. there wasn't much we could do out on the trail so we left it - one heavy landing later and he needed a new rim and a wheel re-build
