MotoGP.com subscribers

To all the people who subscribe to motoGP.com, how is the service going?
I haven't had a problem so far but is there commentary for the free practice and qualifying sessions? I haven't had any commentary so far, but I get sound ok. Is this normal, or is the service crap like Curve was saying?

its been good until this last test wow it was so annoying pixelating , also server took ages to load for livetiming , video freezing , and the worst of all at some points its bandwidth output was down to 44kb rather than 472kb, if its like that for the race tomorow i will be major pissed off,

so its either them being stupid or your greedy fuckers stealing all the bandwidth with your high resolution streams

Well, with SBK getting bigger and bigger, and motogp getting $$$ and more boring your feed will get better. Just stand up and pull up your pants, after Dorna sticks it to ya.

i paid for the package... when the qualifying was on i tried to play video and it would not play at all i was soooo mad!

A couple of points for those having trouble with the video feeds.

The feed does not come from the dorna site. Not directly anyway. It will come from an Akamai server somewhere.
But presumable Dorna are paying for that, and need to keep their subscribers satisfied.

Having said that, you need to find the server and do a speed test to that server, or more likely to the same city.

If you can't view the video and you are using Firefox, try another browser. I use Crazy Browser.

Don't expect any replies to your complaints to Dorna. They never reply. They are the most ignorant and arrogant bunch of pricks I have ever had the displeasure to deal with.
I have been trying to get them to change my email address for nearly 1 year.
The only time I have heard from them was when they obviously had major problems and the feed did not work. They sent a message of apology and allowed a couple of extra views of the racing in Hi-Res.

I would be interested in hearing of any problems, but there needs to be some test performed, and we need to know the city you are in.

son this will be my 6th season watching the races on motogp.com. 90% of the time it works fine. but you will get problems on occasion. usually it'll be an asian round for me. there is no commentary during the practice & qualifiying sessions. last season they did announce during qualifiying for the 800s. but since i was at 30,000 feet during qualifiying for this race i could,nt tell ya if they had commentary.
