So stern, Lex. So authoritive.
You do realise you're just typing words on a screen, yeah?

I understand it's just words on a screen, but you understand my words are grating on your raw nerves, though, they aren't actually intended for you.

If you notice passive-aggressive beta-male snark aimed in my direction, and I use an innocuous threat to encourage the troll to place his head in my bench vice, try to look away. If you continue reading, it will be difficult not to be offended.

The hyena is programmed to bite at the lion. The lion is programmed to kill the hyena. This is just the way of the world.

Nah, man.
The overblown rhetoric (continued here) just makes you look rather silly.
I can read that kinda snoredom anytime - I just have to visit the likes of Freep or an MRA site.

Deliberate. Moral investment is to my advantage. It's the string that keeps pulling the ball back towards the paddle.

I'm just typing words on a screen. Internet social capital is valueless. Internet information is invaluable. If someone is posing as an engineer or just withholding information, my patience is already thin.

As long as it's fun for you....whatever floats your boat

Interesting Theo, what makes you think so? I'm curious.

Okay, its a new bike, its got far less hp than any other bike (bit like the old Cube). With Marco riding it, it was mostly lapped, or dnf and Bautista has hardly shone on it has he.
So to me its likely to be, how much have we got to pay a team to take 2 of them, as its the only way I can see them staying in motogp.

The Aprilia has a roadbike based engine, probably penned in 2007. It is old.
Unless they bring a cleansheet design to MotoGP, they will always be down the order

On the contrary, the Cube was believed to be the most powerful bike on the grid at the time. It had massive amounts of grunt, was one of the first GP bikes to employ pneumatic valves and because it was a triple exploited the same weight advantages of the twins. The problem was, as ever, getting that huge power to the ground...the thing was a complete animal and the electronics of the day far too primitive to tame it. Kudos to Colin, Shakey, Haga and Laconi...an anyone else that dared go near the thing. Far from a race engineer that ...... needed a Priest to exorcise it.

EDIT: The most incredible sounding bike of the Moto GP era that I have ever heard bar none. (Although the ZX-RR Ninja screamer of a similar era came a close second)

I did say "bit" lol, I can remember Colin saying how bad it was at power delivery.
