Michel Fabrizio replaces Toni Elias

Thanks for that news Capirex. I like this pick, Fabrizio was like a JE on the WCM before JE was around. I'm interested to see what he can do on a real bike. Best of luck to him.

Why don't they get someone like Barros or Bayliss back? Its only for a race or two, both have experience with Honda bikes already, were on them last year, and both of them have tonnes of experience behind them, meaning they can find a better setup quicker.

Bayliss is back to Ducati now (where he belongs) There`s no way he`d be allowed to ride for Honda in his contract. Even so he ain`t the best pick. He works miracles on Ducati superbikes, but the RCV really didn`t suit him. As for Barros, well I would have tipped him, but I imagine Gresini`s a lot smarter than me, so if he reckons Fabrizio is the man for the job, so be it.

They should of taken up Jorge Lorenzo.

Jorge Lorenzo is contracted to Aprilia in 250's. Good Luck to Fabitzio this weekend.

Yeah, Same sponsor dosen`t mean same bike. They`d take Dovi before Loony Lozzy. Superbike riders make better stand ins for things like this. Theyve got the right body type.

If I lost both my riders in my team for a race i'd try to take:

1. Troy Bayliss
2. Mick Doohan

Bayliss is really too rough for a motoGP bike, hence why he wins Superbike races but struggles for top tens on an RCV, as for Doohan, He couldn`t do it. For one he`s really old now and more importantly his leg is seriously screwed. That`s the reason he stopped in the first place. Gresini can`t just pick anyone to ride for him anyway. He can`t even get any Honda rider he wants. Theres a lot to factor in that really narrows down the possibilities of who they can choose

u want the 1s in spain brother. our's are good but not that good.

MCN sounds like a bunch of hot air to me, spreading rumours that arent true, then shooting down rumors that turn out to be true. I`ve never actually read one, but that`s how it looks from the outside. I`d take Motociclismio any day..... if I could read Spanish

Geez, poor guy! His one big chance, and he crashes in practice, before he even had a chance to qualify!
