To be fair, some people don't chose their partners based purely on looks. Who knows, he may even be in love, or at least enjoy her company.

I don't believe he is that shallow. No doubt his/her celebrity social status had a hand in how/why they met, but i don't believe he would marry someone because they were a model. Anyway, it's a bit easy to make these kind of assumptions and say he picked her for her looks. Maybe he did, I dunno, but I'm sure that's not the reason they got married..
