well technically he didnt. simon had to finish infront of bradley. he didnt had to win it or come 2nd or 3rd, just as long as he was infront of bradley
<
so technically, jazkat spoiled it. dont go reading back his comment now

Dude.. It's not like the 125's are end all be all..
My Bad on the Spoiler but lighten up..
did I say anything about Lorenzo winning or losing?
Or Simoncelli punting or losing it? NO

Sheesh.. Here is a big shocker. Rossi wins the title this year. Yamaha wins the Constructor's and Lorenzo finishes second..

Bummer.. I spoiled it..

Congrats to Julián Simón (that's the correct spelling is someone cares)

A well deserved championship, his superiority was evident since the first pre season tests. If it weren't for some really dumb mistakes (getting carried away at home races and crashing, thinking the races was over with one lap left etc.) he would have won this championship by a landslide.

He's moving on to Moto2 next season with Aspar team, good luck to him.

Agree, Julian has been brilliant all year. The fight for second is being sorted between excellent riders like Terrol, Espagaro and Smith who have all had hot and cold spells, but championships are won with a season long high level of performance. I'll be interested to see how he goes in the next few years, as no 125cc champion since Dovi has climbed through all the ranks convincingly.
