To them, Stoner would be a capable rider, on a great bike.
Pedrobot and Dovi can currently be heard saying "Arrghh........ !!!!" in regards to Stoners performances...........as they have slipped ( or are slipping) into the "Less capable" rider catagory in the eye's of honda.
I'd of thought that Rossi leaving Honda and whooping them 2 seasons in a row on the (inferior) Yamaha would have done that?

No not really, the riders got away with saying it was the bikes fault, be it the bike is too big for one, then too small for the other then a complete piece of .... until.....MAGIC Stoner rides the .... out of it, now it's a great bike again.
Hardly. The HRC came 2nd and 5th last season and 3rd and 6th the year before.
Worst statistics roll eyes ever used.
Dani's Honda has been classifiying 2nd and 3rd for the whole 800 era.
Dovi needs adaptation and to advance 1 position, i think it's fair enough to contribute that to the rider.
Dani had a messed up bike in Qatar but Dovi's was fine, (last year). So it's not really the bikes fault either. By the end of the year they started to have everything in place and results started comming, but that's also thanks to the riders not only the damn bike being better, but addapted to the riders.
Stoner gets on it and is in front since day 1, they way he had the bike moving around in Catalunya qualifying....Pedro would of got off the bike and started calling it a piece of garbage, then stated he needs it to go on train tracks for him to get first line crono's. ( I'm a Pedro fan, but reality is just too obvious).

Bike was nothing much to crow about till 2010 started to make some inroads - further development then add CS and crew for 2011 proof in the results full stop.
YES Bazza I think Pedro will be with Suzuki in 2012 nextyear because HRT will just think that he will be a for par with HRT and forStoner…Pedro is irrelevant for HRT and they just wanted to put it to Pugh &Pedro nicely and like they realise after they have employed Stoner…results andrace wins and championships are what fucken count not the fastest off the linepolls etc etc…HRC wants to fucken win w/c for ..... sakes and the only guy thatwill do it for them is Stoner!! ! just like Doohan did and to a lesser extentGardner did but Gardner had a for par with that dolly doll Spencer who wantedto be super ....... cause he always had the superior equipment and he couldn’tride for peanuts like a monkey…he was the real monkey on a stick not like thefore’s at HRC who were and are the man on the horse and NOT like Spencer themonkey on the stick …heheee. I’m very confident with HRC's decisions and they willrealise that Pedro is just a merry go round. But for how long will they sponsorhim ...only time will tell???

but his future is not looking good with HRT especially that he has to compete with Stoner and HRT do not need reactions from two riders they just want one rider from now on and not to do the same as with Doohan and Crivelle!! Ohh but Dani is from the land of the bulls so maybe its NOT in HRC's interest to upset the applecart????
Dani is probably sitting pretty because Repsol being a spanish company would want a fast spanish rider with Honda whilst they sponsor them.
