Hello everyone, my name is Stephen Villagrasa.
<

I am a huge Ferrari Formula One fan and have recently (about October of last year when Michael Schumacher tested a Ducati GP7 as a PR stunt) become intrigued by the world of MotoGP. I have begun immersing myself by watching (and rewatching...) the 2001-2004 and 2007 Review DVDs, 2007 Review book, a MotoGP 990cc technology book and trying to stay on top of all of the recent and present news.

I consider myself a great admirer of motorcycling greats like Mick Doohan, Barry Sheene, and currently Casey Stoner with my all-time favorite being Valentino Rossi who is a spectacular rider and has a huge passion for racing I so desperately miss from F1.

From a team perspective the choice of who to support was easy. I am a passionate Ferrari F1 fan and so I have naturally become enamored with the Ducati GP team. My ultimate dream would be to see the Doctor on a Ducati...

I have even booked a hotel room and tickets to watch the US GP West at Laguna Seca this year since there will be no Formula One US GP this year.
<
I am really looking forward to this event as everyone that I have spoken with about it has given it fantastic reviews...

I look forward to becoming a MotoGP expert with this resourse for MotoGP information and hope I can contribute constructively to this community!

Thank you guys! I am really looking forward to being on here during the racing season...

Hey there..first of all..welcome!!!!
<

You also love F1? And you like Valentino..we should get along fine then
<

I'm a huge F1 fan myself, a Raikkonen supporter, meaning I hope Ferrari will do well while he's still there!! I bet you were really happy that Ferrari won both titles last season..I know I was!

Good to hear, I have been a huge Ferrari fan for a few years (since I started really watching F1 in 1994...) and 2007 made me extremely happy! Look forward to seeing you on here.

94..that's way back. I remember seeing a few races back then as well, but I was only a 7 year old girl, so I wasn't into F1 the way I am now!! I bet you really enjoyed it when MS joined Ferrari then??
Let's hope this season will bring Ferrari two more titles!!

Isn't Santa Clarita near Calabasas?
Sort of close, it's about 30-35 miles away. Speaking of which, I went to look at a car to buy in Calabasas a couple of years ago...

Anyone else find it weird that someone who joined on Feb 7th welcomes someone who joined on Jan 31st? Or is it just me

Yeah, 30-35 miles is what I call close when we're talking about The U.S.A.
<

When you live in Belgium, every part of the country is close!
<

Like we say in Belgium: We're as big as a fart... So... not really big

Wahahaha! Jep, we really say that!
In Dutch it would be: We zijn maar een scheet groot!
<

Ow well... Die domme Belgen moppen toch hè!

lol yeah I'm sure you belgians have jokes about us dutch too
<
it sure does sound belgisch, that 'een scheet groot zijn'
<
use 'allememachies'(you know, van 'samson en gert'
<
) or 'alé zeg' to make it really belgian-ish

I've a belgain professor, and she always says 'zeker en vast' instead of 'vast en zeker'
<
and if she shortens words she doesn't use -tje but -ke (like koppelke)

big credit to belgian people tho, you all seem to be very good at dutch-grammar, can't remember the last time a nederlander won the 'groot dictee der nederlandse taal'
<

Whahaha! Jep, "zeker en vast" and "koppelke" sounds very Belgian-like!
Is he from Anwerp? It sounds like it
<

And we do have jokes about Dutch people I just can't remember any of them and most of the time they're not even funny!
<

Haha, thanks for the credit but the best student in my class in the lesson "Nederlands" is Kelly and she's from Rotterdam I think...
Jep! I'm around a Dutchie 5 days a week and she is so cute when she reads! Hehe, love the accent!
<

Summary: Belgians and Dutchies could be best friends! Jippie!
