Hayden has offers to WSBK

Don't do it for the money Nicky, do it for the better treatment and chance to win.  GP have ...... his career and wasted his talent.

Yes and no. A ten year run in GP is  not the norm, especially a ten year run getting factory paychecks, not to mention that world title.; Could it have been better, maybe, but hundreds of riders would kill for Nicks career in GP

I'm curious which teams have spoken to him?

If i had to guess, Ducati would like to keep him on their brand, and Honda. Speaking of Honda, are they still thinking about the v4 platform for next year, the current platform is at its useful end it seems. When Dorna took over WSBK, it was rumored that Honda scrapped the new v4 project because they couldnt threaten Dorna  with leaving GP to concentrate on dominating WSBK. If that project is still a go, Honda would gladly employee one of the best superbike riders on the planet to resurrect that program

Maybe more to this story will come out at Laguna.  I hope he makes a clean break from Ducati and goes to WSBK on a new team.

a little birdie told me that bmw are getting frustrated with melandri.

they already tried to sign spies, wouldn't surprise me at all if bmw was where nicky ends up should he leave gps and ducati in general.

LOL...the last time Hayden followed Melandri it didn't work out too well.

I could see BMW's frustration with Melandri though, they do seem to have a good bike in WSBK but the results don't bear that out at the moment.

only logical place for him to land if we're to believe that bmw got so much deeper pockets than aprilia (which i highly doubt btw)

seems bradl has changed his opinion about wsbk...

if honda sign crutchlow bradl will either end up on the factory duc gp or go to bmw sbk. heard it here first.

so now marco melandri, you know the guy that just threw away the 2012 championship by crashing out of ...5 out of 6?..races has the nerve to throw bmw under the bus publically.

he can't seriously think that going to kawasaki or aprilia offer significantly better machines.

this makes all the ex gp rider rumors for bmw next year all the more interesting..
