Going to Motegi - HELP?!?!

I posted this in the wrong area earlier. My appologies to the forum.

Hello,

I have the good fortune of being in Asia on business before the weekend of the MotoGP race at Motegi. I have arranged my air travel so that I can be in Japan both Saturday and Sunday. I'm very excited to visit Japan for the 1st time, but I am having a hard time finding hotel accomodations near the track and how to get to and from the track.

Has anyone been to Motegi that can give me advice?

The hotels I've been able to find (on the internet) in Utsunomiya and Mito City are full for this weekend. What other towns are recommended for hotels?

Are there frequent trians or buses going to and from Twinring Motegi? I will not have a car so driving is not an option.

Any advice would be much appreciated,
