Sure did. There was some obvious bitching but it held up
 
Great vid, brought back good memories of CART. BTW, Why don't they just cut the hairpin turn through the dirt if that move is legal? I always thought the rule is: if you cut part of the track and go into the dirt you can't take advantage of a position. Oh well. I say, cut the chicanes and use them as passing areas.

its not legal to get an advantage by cutting a corner and your expected to let the opposing racer past then re battle for the lead. but as im sure your aware in the case of rossi/stoner , stoner was still at least half a wheel infront when rossi re entered on to the paved part of the track so no rules were broken.
