For the Bayliss fans

<
He planned to retire in 2002!

Once he gets a taste of the delicious 1098 he will hang around for a couple more goes.

Besides in 38 in Australian years.........that's like 28 for everyone else

He's got 4 or 5 seasons left in the tank.

I'm sure he must have a burning desire to win both this years title and next years ... he must have in the back of his mind faggerty's 4 SBK titles! I'm sure he would love to equal that and also say that he won on a 998, 999 and 1098 (the MotoGP win would be the icing on the retirement cake)!

Good luck Troy!

Great champion. He is one of the reasons I tune in to WSBK (but not the only). Bye good chap, you got nothing more to prove.

True!!

One of my favorites!!! Such a nice guy, and funny too. I'll miss him when he leaves!!

True Aussie and Motorcycle racing legend. Proven by the respect that he gets from all.

I wear a Bayliss helmut with pride!

I second that...a true gentleman!!!...should be more like him in any sport!!!

Troy is a CHAMP!!!

I don't think there is a more competitive rider out there who can immediately switch it off and flash the smile and be just another bloke in the paddock. One of the biggest personalities in the paddock, GP included. It will be a sad day when he leaves. With respect to JT (as I like him as well), I really hope Bayliss comes back and gets this title and walks away with a new one on the 1098. A fitting sendoff I think.

Couldn't agree more.
