In order to have a 90 degree V engine classified as a screamer it would have to have an altered firing order. Inline 4's are natural screamers whereas V4's have an odd firing order simply due to the angle of the cylinders. As much as any of us can guess what the actual order of firing is I expect the change is fairly mild.

Dorna have some vids at MotoGP.com, but it's not worth it.

The videos are disappointing b/c the engine really doesn't sound that different. It sounds exactly like a Yamaha when they roll off the throttle, and it sounds exactly like the old bike when they get on the gas only about 1 octave lower.

The initial race reports made it sound like it was really an amazing new sound, but I think it sounds less distinct than the old bike. It looks really stable though.

I think so too.
I'm just happy the Ducati starts to sound a little bit like a Ducati

Stoner talked about changing ridingstyle to make the best of the new found traction. As he has done before i'm quite confident he will make the best of it and gel with this too.

There is probarbly going to be more experimenting on finding suitable suspention setup and suitable swingarm than the competition. As they have a new concept for 2010.I'm not sure about Yamaha and Honda but of what is written in interiews their riders and teams are quite happy with their engines/TC.
I hope Suzuki joins in and uses Weber/Marelli systems or something because they don't seem to be in the same ballpark as Yamaha for instance.
Anyway, everyone of the factories ofcourse have the problems to solve over the winter but i get the feeling Yamaha has got a head start for 2010,with no big changes, once again...

The Mitsubushi electronics will probably stay on the Suzuki and they will likely not ever be equal to Yamaha.
