de Puniet to LCR

.....I'll point this out again for your selective memory. Stoner spent half of his first season face down in the gravel.

Look familiar to you?

Fair enough...Racer..you can put everyrace of 2006 from uTube or whoever!!!...But that was in 2006 with the "Love Crashing Really" team...it’s not the case in 2007!!!...
<
<
<

We love all the people that criticise Casey for his 2006 LCR efforts...it was like pushing .... uphill for him and us!!!

And in 2007 he’s proved everyone “WRONG”!!! +60 mind you!!!
<

Ok, but why is Stoner capable of "proving everyone wrong" but Randy De Puniet isn't? We've seen that when he stays on, he's fast.

Well Racer I think that RdP has a much much worst of a record when it comes to the ‘thronging it down the road’!!!...and now he's joining the best of them!!!...the motoGP champs's the one & only LCR!!!

Please Racer my 'haver'...mate...you surely can’t compare the LEGEND!!!...Casey to...Mr. I want to....Ride to Destruct Please...

Please Racer...don’t even TRY, DARE to compare our HERO Casey to such an inept rider!!!

I Love Youse All!!!...Thats what Casey said to all his fans!!! & i say to YOU !!!

What a dilemna for me as a fan and for Kawasaki I'm sure.

Westy has worked really hard since joining the team. He has adapted quickly and has shown grit and determination, but last week was a really really bad time to go that slowly.

Nakano is the fastest man to ride the Kawasaki to date, but he left in a righteously indignant manner last season.

Honestly though, I can't help but think Hopper/West is a team set up to continue to develop the bike and Hopper/Nakano is a team geared towards dethroning the motogp elite.

If the Kwak is good, Hopper/Nakano seems easily capable of beating Rossi/Lorenzo, Edwards/Toseland, Vermeulen/Capirossi; Elias/????. I think Hayden/Pedrosa will still be out of reach and it seems likely Stoner/Melandri will be unstoppable.

CSCVAW... if your theory that this year is all about the rider, and not the bike, why didn't Stoner manage to do anything with the LCR? If he was that good. His performance on it was obviously better than Carlos', but I bet he crashed more than Checa has.

Also, looks like this means the end of Checa's moto gp career

WSB now hopefully

God Please Please send Pedrosa to Kawasaki! Please God. I'll even go to church. That would suck for Hopkins but it would be the best thing for Hayden.

I'm on a plane to Louisiana, chickens, frogs, bunnies, cats, and incense in hand....

Yeah...Nakano or Pedrosa please! Either of those would be sweet.

An interesting thing to note about Shinya...

The squad he left was Harold Eckl's. Mr. Eckl has since been fired after a very public dispute with Kawi. The new Kawi folks could quite possibly get along great with Shinya and think it would be a great idea to have him back. He could feel the same way. It would almost be like going back to a different team.

Then again, getting rid of the Puig/Pedrosa stranglehold on the Repsol squad would be GREAT!!! My dream team would be Hayden/Kiyonari for 2009.

.......Do you really not like Doohan, Rossi and Rainey etc.... by comparing them and their achievements to a second season 22 year old with no world championships in any class?

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE<div class='quotemain'>Please Racer...don’t even TRY, DARE to compare our HERO Casey to such an inept rider!!!
I do dare, because its a very easy comparison to make, and you know it. Neither have any world championships, neither in their first season were on very competitive bikes, and both had a tendency of throwing it down the road.

Seriously, you make a few posts that almost make sense, and then you come up with crap like this.

Casey is still only 21.

Might appear to be a small point, but it is one of the reasons I think this season is so remarkable ... a totally dominant display by the youngest rider in the field!

checa to ten kate or ducati test ride ?

Ducati have already offered the veteran Spaniard a role as their chief test rider for 2008 but he seems more likely to switch to World Superbikes, replacing Britain's James Toseland in the Ten Kate Honda organisation.

Racer I'll give you some stats:
2006 RdP Points Stoner Points
Spain 0 0 6 10
Qatar 0 0 5 11
Turkey 12 4 2 20
China 12 4 5 11
France 0 0 4 13
Italy 13 3 0 0
Catalunya 0 0 0 0
Holland 14 2 4 13
Britain 12 4 4 13
Germany 0 0 0 0
USA 12 4 0 0
Czecho 14 2 6 10
Malaysia 13 3 8 8
Australia 11 5 6 10
Japan 0 0 0 0
Portugal 10 6 0 0
Valencia 0 0 0 0
TOTAL 37 TOTAL 119

2007 RdP Points Stoner Points
Qatar 0 0 1 25
Spain 13 3 5 11
Turkey 8 8 1 25
China 8 8 1 25
France 0 0 3 16
Italy 0 0 4 13
Catalunya 5 11 1 25
Britain 6 10 1 25
Holland 0 0 2 20
Germany 0 0 5 11
USA 6 10 1 25
Czecho 8 8 1 25
TOTAL 58 TOTAL 246

Ok in 2006 Casey did have 7 dnf’s in comparison to RdP’s 6, but just have a look at the difference in the finishes and points...37 to 119, that is 3to1....and also have a look at how many dnf’s Checa has so far in 2007 on the lcr 5!!!..while Casey on the lcr in 2006 with 6 gp’s to go had 4 dnf’s...well lcr are maintaining their good record!!!
<
<
<
....nothing’s changed at lcr, and there will be more

Racer if Casey’s performance in 2007 isn’t a lay down misere for the 2007 championship....well I haven’t seen one that is so convincing!!!...and my last comment that you have quoted...was only tongue in cheek mate!!!
<

The ZX-RoadRomp doesn't have a great record either. Oui, .......! and Nakano binned that thing plenty of times before Riding Drunk Permanently ever showed up.

RDP should crash about as often with Lacerations Cuts and Rashes. No more no less.

This is fun.

Hi guys (& gals),

A Ten Kate ride would be awesome, you'd have to say Carlos would be one of the major title contendors... especially if he and Biaggi teamed up again on the Ten Kate...

Nakano on the Kwak!Love it,if he gets it right this time then a few people will be eating humble pie.I personally thouhgt that Nakano would be a lifetime member at Kawasaki,he just seems to fit.
