Oh dear, Cal, I want to like you, only because many of my dear friends do....but

This part had me rolling:

“They (Yamaha) have signed Pol as far as I am aware and it is none of my business and I don’t really care but one thing is for sure that I won’t be riding under Pol <span style="font-size:14px;in my team. So I will be leaving, that’s clear."

Odd way of showing you don't care.  I don't care but...

Hey Cal, you're a ....... employee, you don't OWN the team.

"Even if the option is given for me to ride there I won’t ride there if he has a factory contract and I don’t."

WTF?!  Let me get this straight, even if they offer you a deal you want, you won't take it if they offer a deal to another guy?  Well then, go ....... ride Ben Spies bike.  So your career can take the road it should have from the start.

"At the moment I am not too worried. I am still determined and motivated but I won’t ride for Yamaha under Pol."

Big mouth now that they teamed him up with a weak teammate.  Last year he was hard pressed to make a case he was better than Dovi.  Maybe he's worried that Pol will school him too.  Hes not too worried, but won't ride a competitive bike, one of the best on the ....... grid, if he is paired up with Pol...uh right.  Ok.  I'm sure Rossi wished his teammate wasn't so fast too...and pouts to leave.  Oh wait, he did that and ended up on his face for two years.  Most of the time I hear guys of such competitive caliber say, bring it on, rather than, don't team me up with some guy.

"In all honesty what has Pol done?"

Aint this a .....!?  Well then, in all honesty, what has Cal done...to make such demands?  Let me see, sucked ... his rookie year, hard pressed to beat another 2nd tier rookie on a 4th tier bike (Abraham), and second year was schooled by Dovi when he wasn't crashing out.  Third year they pair him up with a guy who has no business in MotoGP, and suddenly looks good (given last race Jlo got a brick of a tire, allegedly, and VR was busy surfing).  Give your mouth a brake/break until your ... starts actually wining something.

I'm all for exposing the Spanish highjacking of the sport, but saying you won't sign if another Spanish dude is on the same team is a bit much for me.  How is your potential teammate's pay an issue for you if you get compensated well enough?

Edit:  I put as a sub-tag of "Stacy Moaner" but my point was to make this a mis-moniker.

How to .... yourself out of a factory bike 101

How? By talking ....?  Nah man.  They love .... talkers. They usually have to win something though for people to take them serious.    Isn't that how Bradley Smith got signed to TechTwat...by wining something?

You know I'd love to hear how Biaggi ...... himself out of Japanese machinery and how far cal is away from that.

Can't say it's anything more than mild .... talk but mind you it's becoming 100 times worse than what stoner did.

Just minus the results. ....just sayin ;)

Edit: just seen the stoner reference In the title

Cal was doing everything right this season.....right up until he gave this interview. He's done I predict. This ( current Tech 3) will be the best bike he ever rides in MotoGP. And this will be his last season on it. This was a mistake, he'll regret taking this public with such vitriol.

He'll need to be on the podium almost every week to live this down, absent that, he'll have 3 options;

1. Ducati

2. Suzuki

3. SBK

None of those options will extend his career or put him in place for career advancement. It's too bad really, he's got the talent to mix it up with the front runners but this is business and insulting your competitors and those who supply the dollars to race is a losing strategy.

Good on him to Highlight the ......... in the sport. Stoner did and ...... Off

none of this sticking your hand up "Sir Sir please can i" blah blah. bollocks

Perhaps, but Stoner was a two time GP champ with ".... off money." Cal has neither. I just don't see this outburst helping him. If he can podium with consistency (which I believe him capable) he can say whatever he likes and opportunities will present themselves. We'll see this weekend. Wet race = good for Cal.

I agree ........ should be exposed.  But what ........ is he exposing exactly?  He is whining that if they sign another dude, even if they offer him the same ride, that he will quit.  That is not ........ of the sport.  Its just they don't think as highly of him as he and others think.  Look, I get the inequitable compensations between riders across the board, ...., look at the parity between VR and the next best compensated.  It was always lob sided.  But this is not his gripe.  He is saying he will not ride for the team if they give him the bike he wants but give Pol more money.  Cal is not being passed over, he is saying he thinks he should get preferential treatment over another signed rider of the team's choosing!  Big ....... difference!  So the team he works for want to give another dude more cash and the same ride, ok, how the .... does this hurt him?  He is demanding that he get more than a potential teammate.  What the .... has Cal done to deserve this.  And Steif, you were the one arguing that Moto2 accomplishments are something better and should be held up higher than other series (which I disagree with); however, given your logic,  Pol has won GPs, Cal has won .....

Fcuk me!

Cal's gob is bigger than my own!

I would never have believed it!

I know we are equal par on the potty mouth.

But fcuk me

Talk about cutting ties early :-o

Yes, but I also recognize that Cal has to use these tactics if he wants to get a shot at a better bike. Remember this?

And they want you to PAY££$$ to watch this ..... the worlds gone mad and yes some fools will pay ££$$ lol

I'm with Jums.

Looks like Cal went to Vale's How to Talk Your Way Out of a Competitive Ride seminar.

What is he thinking? He should have asked Max what the end of this road looks like.

Only Vale and Max actually had won a thing or two........ Very large difference here.

Cal being on the 2012 Yamaha is probably on the best Yamaha out there, especially with how the factory squad is performing with the updates. Yamaha and Honda have had history with going backwards with new variations.

Cals ride might actually be flattering him......anyhow back to WSBK and see if u can actually win this first mr crutchlow.....

this is just an attempt to save face by cal because yamaha will dump him now. on a side note i hope yamaha know what they are doing

Sounds like a Ben Spies moment.  Tell the employers to get stuffed before you get the boot.

Hofmann about spies mum and riding a cluster .... duc : " and that's why you should have someone who knows his .... try and help and manage you"

maybe he has already secretly signed a deal for next year and has decided to stick it up 'em. I really hope so, or the consequences could be dire..

Hervé the P may not mind, but the conservative Japanese bigwigs at Yamaha will <u>not</u> find Cal's disrespectful attitude amusing.

Calvin the ..... just ...... himself, big time.
