CRT bikes or lease out a factory bike

Thanks for that!!!

1 more question, well 2.

Who makes the Engines? and what manufacterers do you mean? (the ones that can claim & examine engines) as in Suter?

Thanks again.

My understanding is that any modern production 1000cc engine is legal. The most commonly rumored are the Aprilia, BMW, and Kawasaki. The manufacturers, as in the factory teams (Honda, Yamaha, Ducati, Suzuki) can claim a CRT's engine if they choose, I believe the fee is 20,000 euros or something. This is supposed to act as a failsafe to keep CRT teams from investing too much into their engines.

CRT Teams:

- I say let the CRT teams use a KERS system. This would at least give them some sort of chance on the straights against the factory bike. Otherwise JB's statement is very true: "who wants to spends millions of dollars to circulate in 16th place?" and from what you are saying 3-6 secs off the pace.. Lapped traffic for sure.

- The CRT teams should be allowed to use dunlops or michelins or whomever they chose.

The single tyre rule as it stands sucks. Too many people are crashing or highsiding due to the tyres.

Allow a modified single tyre rule..

Anyways.. I think that the CRT teams will have a very tough time even with the extra fuel and engines if they do not have extremely experience Electronic technicians..

I would like to see some very exciting racing throughout the field and less processional races.

Thanks to you all!!! I know google usually helps out very well, buit i wanted your angle of view from it.

It gives me an easy explanation while you state what you think.

Thank you very much Austin.

I heard from a very reliable source that the gap was 6 seconds at Mugello - Ducati to Marc VDS Suter bike.

If Moriwaki is in, I think they would be the best bet. I say this due to their connections to Honda.

.

The Moto1 teams will obviously need some time before they are running times closer to the satellite bikes. After all we are giving Rossi an endless amount of time and money to get a previously winning bike back to the front so giving brand new teams time is only fair.

Good to read u Mental.

Kropo, Kalio was +6 secs off pace. Is that right...

Are we going to end up with a Tier 1 and Tier 2 championship like in F1 with the new teams at the moment?

I think it's starting to look like 3 Tier

- with:

Tier 1 - Factory Honda & Yamaha,

Tier 2 Factory Duc, Satellite Yam and some Satellite Duc,

Tier 3 Suzi, rest of Satellites and CRT's

Ahem - but maybe this is the question for Ducati

"who wants to spends millions of dollars to circulate in SIXTH place?"

fighting against an "unrideable" Satellite bike can't really be why VR and JB are with Ducati

At this point I think Rossi would take Cruthclow's seat and be happy..Hell He could beat Dovi on the Tech 3
