Could Stoner or Hayden replace Bayliss as the Ducati WSBK King?

only thing they can learn from hayden in that case is how to be a sore loser and blame everyone for own mediocricity.

We all know it is.

But that is not how MotoGP is marketed and seen. Why do you think JT went to MotoGP?
Same holds for F1, it is the pinacle of racing. Every freaking 4-wheel class is more exciting than F1, yet still everybody wants to race in it.

I think it's very possible that Ducati will ask Hayden to move to WSBK at some point. Whether that's for 2010 or five years down the line, I don't know. Will he do it? Based on sheer compatibility I would say yes. Find me someone who fits the Superbike mold better than Nicky Hayden. But based on Hayden's obsession with grand prix and dislike of constantly being away from the states, I think he may be more likely to return home. But he's a competitive guy, I don't know that anyone has ever won an AMA title, a MotoGP title and a WSBK title. That might be something that interests him.

Mick...I am in awe of the zen

Tonight I have two bottles of red and a couple of beers in the fridge as well. I am going to ask myself that question later on.

In am now in double awe. That would be one for the record books, WSBK/MOTOGP & AMA.

Maybe they have a master plan...

Maybe T6 knows something, then again, maybe not

I agree. Part of me would rather see him in WSBK if it means he is more competitive. I don't care if everyone agrees Moto GP is superior, WSBK has been way more satisfying for the past two years.
