<{POST_SNAPBACK}><div class='quotemain'>Sorry, just saw the topic. I have been out of town, but I have read the aforementioned disclaimer and it seems to be just standard procedure for a forum such as this. I do not think that Dorna would hold much regard to images posted on this forum since it is neither slanderous nor malicious, but some of the images are indeed their property and they do have a rights to how their property is used. So to stay on the safe side I would just link to the images. I am not sure how Spanish law would go about such a procedure either, who knows. I think if they new that there were Americans on this forum that posted regularly, they may throw a fit and let the Spaniards and the Italians post only.

I think they are more bothered about people coping & riping pay-per-view videos than images, but they still advised me not to let people post pictures from their website.
In fact, they could have me for having "motogp" in the domain name, as its a registered trademark. Myspace are moping up all the websites out their that have "myspace" in the domain - so hopefully the boys at Dorna wont do the same, although I know someone on the inside who said they we going to have a clamp down on it
- I'll just change the name to DornaSucksDonkeyBalls.com if that happens and I'll wait for the summons
