Colin always comes across as a half-wit slackjawed Texan (with no accent).

But every time he is interviewed in regards to technical issues, he always proves he deserves a ride in GP. Maybe WSBK style isn't compatible in GP, but the mental preparation required to win championships translates well into any racing discipline.

I'm really happy he's kept his GP career alive.

You really are a wee bit simple aren't you, Pink? Since the switch to a control tyre supplied by Bridgestone is by far the biggest change to MGP this year, some of us like to acquire information on the subtleties of the impact on racing for '09.

I remember the first time Colin rode the Gresini RCV in testing and retorted the next day to the press, and I'm quoting directly here, "I had to go back to the hotel to have a ...." - he then proceeded to fire nothing but blanks for the rest of the season

I'd kill for some Scotch eggs. And to see Colin go fast like he did in 2004 testing.
