Catalunya Practice & Qual

200 horses in a garden power tool would make the amazon rainforest tremble in its boots, I think you could spare a bit of power for a grill. Or you could use the exhaust, dissapating noxious gasses and having a BBQ with the one part. Eric Buell would be proud.

How good is it to see Hopkins up there so often this year?

Makes you wonder what he could do if the zook was a bit better. And he's not alone. Dennings god a damn good pair of rider there, he's got a tyre advantage this year, now all they need is those few extra ponies.

I wear full leathers and a dark visor every time I cut the grass anyway so it might look pretty cool too. Can I get a grill on it as well for doing up a couple of steaks? I can see it now, it's one bad lookin piece of kit!

I don't mean to be horrible, but where it says 'favourite track' you're meant to put a circuit like Donington or Jerez..

Umm im reliant on MotoGP.com and BBC.com/Sport websites as my TV Ariel is ...... and no .... will come out and fix it till monday.. interesting day of QP ahead!

Stoner .5 quicker than the rest in FP1 ahead of the one and only Randy DePuniet!!

I would love to see Stoners lap runs, and his fuel load/tyre choice.

Stoner did 3 laps with a best 43.4 then pit. Then 5 laps all in the 42's except one 43.1 then pit. Then 14 laps all very low 43's. DePuniet did a few 43's so it wasn't a qualifier, wow. Rossi's session was all over the place so I don't know what Yamaha are at, nobody was as fast as consistently as stoner as far as I can see this morning.

Stoner look VERY strong. Rossi probably sorting things out. An important factor nowdays is tires. brigestone seem to hit so much better while Michelin pilots seems to be very selective about what the use in the practice to save the best for race. This contribute to changing times.
Pedrosa seems to take som time getting over his scary off yesterday.

Yeah Fish, looks like Yamaha are trying something different. I reckon they'd like to be able to run a slightly hotter pace than they did yesterday afternoon if they need to in the race, but whatever they tried this morning doesn't looked to have worked. How strong does Stoner look this morning!! that long run in the middle of the session is very impressive. Even considering the hotter temp in the afternoon I think Casey looks dangerous.

Olivier Jaque crashed and has been taken to hospital with a neck injury, it doesn't seem dangerous but he's missing quali and maybe tomorrow's race too.
