Nobody but the boppers had a problem with Casey, in fact most folk really like the guy ( just look at the rapport he has with most of the riders, even his main competitors ), but the boppers had such huge numbers that they sooked and pestered any online presence that Stoner has. Who would have bothered ......... so he just did what any sane mature person did, let his riding do the talking.
 
For those not on twitter you can learn some really good stuff on there. I currently follow a lot of F1 drivers (now adding motogp riders) and it's amazing what you find out straight from them. It's usually unfiltered and how they really feel at that moment rather than the way they know they should speak in the interviews you see on tv.

i don't even have twitter but theres one guy whose profile i check daily precisely because of the good stuff to be learned.

check out david emmett from motomatters , king of motogp journalism for sure and a more than welcome member of the board
