Terrible crash, I hope he's okay.

I am sorry to say this, but .... some of those BSB tracks. They are so unsafe it is ludicrous. At least get some ....... airfence, might as well call the organizers murderers, well maybe that is too far lol.

Bit rich Noodlerizer - coming from across the pond- where the AMA quite literally has blood on their hands, and where exposed armco and concrete walls are part of the scenery at certain circuits. I'd be intrigued to know as a racer, from your experience, which circuits in your opinion are the worst offenders. But I concede, there are several tracks over here which quite simply shouldn't be catering for 210bhp superbikes - most obviously Mallory and Cadwell, which are deathtraps.

What a race yesterday. Hizzy must've been looking down from above and grinning from ear to ear.

I love Oulton!

I love Oulton! That is so far from the truth. The only track on the AMA circuit that comes close to being as dangerous as any BSB track is Topeka, and some riders chose not to race there because of safety concerns, they also made the effort there to move the most dangerous concrete barriers out. Some tracks are more dangerous than others, but at least the AMA will have airfence up.

Oulton Park is ....... awesome! There are few circuits i'd rather watch bikes go round. I've lost touch with BSB a bit this year as i've been busy, and its been such a frustrating seaosn where so many of the big names have been out for whatever reason. Eastons 3rd place points total is doubt that of 4th places!

I finally got around to watching the races at Oulton. This has been my first year following BSB, I watched every race, and I'll have to say I loved it. Firstly the coverage by Eurosport has to be the best I have seen in Moto racing. The interviews with the riders and team managers really let me get into the goings on around the paddock. I love the commentary by Burnicle and Whitam, 2nd only to Moody and Ryder in my opinion. Lastly the actual race coverage was excellent, as they showed probably more mid pack battles then I have ever seen in a race series, perhaps partly due to Camiers dominance.

The Harris crash. I don't think Hill knew he was there on the outside, so no fault to him, just unfortunate incident. Watching him slam into that wall was terrible, I thought for sure a serious neck injury. However he showed up at the track next day for an interview. Oulton has got to be one of the coolest tracks, hopefully incidents like the one Harris had will encourage them to step up the safety.
