You'll find me exhibiting my work in the trade area on the fairground / campsite opposite the main entrance. If you're going, come and find me. It would be great to finally meet some of you.
Burky.

I can't afford it and after my recent experience of silverstone i have very little interest in going.

However those who aren't going should check out your local Vue cinema, they will be screening the race uninterupted and in HD with 5.1 surround sound. I'm gonna be going to that with some friends as a bit of an experiment.

Neither can I! That's why I'm on the campsite!

That cinema thing sounds kinda cool actually!!
<

They won't do that over here, I guess it has something to do with Lewis maybe? Or at least that's what I've read on some site.
I think it will be a huge success, I'm sure lots people will go.

Well apparently Bernie says this might be the future for F1, i think it could be excellent, and am excitied about trying it. But i think most tickets will be sold to people on the Lewis Hamilton badwagon (annoying).............Hey FF can i borrow a Raikonen hat and some vodka??
<

I think it'd be a good thing for F1. The engines through the cinema will sound awesome. The atmosphere should be good too, much better than a smokey pub full of football fans.

I'm so sorry to disappoint you, but I don't have a Raikkonen hat (I know, that's shocking news!!!) I have a Raikkonen shirt though, but I have a feeling you wont fit into it (since it's a ''normal'' seize)..you're big!!
<

Oh..and I think you don't need me to give you some vodka, I bet you have a whole supply in your room!!!

Not as good as real life of course.

Good thing I won't let you borrow it then
<

I'm not that small you know (but then again, compared to you the whole world is small

).

I'm going!!! Am there for the whole weekend, so I shall come and have a look at your work, even though I don't post on here much
<

Got my Lewis cap ready

When I went in 99 cost me 100 for a standing ticket. Last year it was 250 for the whole weekend, but that was for a grandstand. Not to mention it took us 3 hours just to get out of the circuit!

too much for sport that doesn't deserve to be considered as top class of 4 wheel racing (I'll still follow it, though)

Superb, see you there.
I've rapidly started a painting of Lewis that I shall be working on throughout the weekend.

All this rain!!!!!!! I reckon we'll be lucky to get out in 3 days this year!!!!

The finest engineering, the best drivers, the highest speeds, the history.........of course this is the top class of 4 wheel racing. If it were down to exciting racing alone, then we would be watching schoolboy karting on the TV of a Sunday afternoon!

I agree with the bold part, but without exciting racing what's the point??

Don't get me wrong, I love F1 (well sometimes I hate it too).

Here's a little bit of history: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kRFuiAhW2JY

Monza 1971. Gap between first and second 0,01 sec. Third 0,09 sec beghind leader and fifth 0,61 sec.

I agree it can be damn tedious nowadays, but thats because the sport is so damn fast. It's sort of the victim of its own success.
