Every year I purchase Tickets and Paddock passes for Austin but was unable to this year. I was quoted pricing through a COTA rep but they didnt respond to emails or phone calls.
I believe they are trying to push the $1000 VIP Package / Tickets before releasing solo Paddock Passes.
