cant wait 4 assen but who do u fancy 4 the win? taking rossi out of it i fancy barros or melandri.. barros if he keeps it on the track because hes always on the pace and melandri had sum pace last year even thow he had his arm operation leading up to the race..

Edwards goes well there, as does Bayliss so perhaps they'll be battling for podium positions. With any luck I'll see Hayden at the front as well.

ooost with rossi out u still dont like the favs do u?
<
bayliss pops up again, it would b cool if bayliss did make it up there but cant c it.
<

ooost ive just had a quick look at colins form at assen in gp 03 on aprilia he was 7th 50 secs back and last year 6th only 10 secs in a close pack so could b a good pick there m8
<
our old m8 bayliss in 03 was 9th 1min 33 seca back and in 04 he
crashed after only 2 laps..

I'd love to see Edwards or Bayliss do well.

apart from Rossi my sensible money is on Melandri. His fav track and hes bang on form.

Its got to favour the YAMS really.

But I agree I favour the ex WSB guys to have a good showing, Barros, and would like to see Tamada up there also.

If it rains & usually does it should provide an entertaining race.

Where's the fun in picking Rossi and Gibernau in winning races? Yeah they do win all the races (Except Gibs has no wins in '05) but I like rooting for the underdogs anyways, and on top of that if by some stroke of luck I pick right I look like a genius.

just finished watching last years race at assen, melandri 3rd and could of been closer but missed a corner and went straight on with about 8 laps to go. so the way hes doing this year could do it.. keep out of rossis way thow plz mr melandri
CUS UR MADDDDDDDDDDDDD

your right 46winner he is mad! very aggressive- amazing to watch.

I dont want to see Vale get hurt but, it would be nice to see the flawed genius get flawed

....... spice things up a bit!!!

I would like to see all the up and comers of MotoGP battling at Assen, it is a track with so much character and all the bends and the sections where you must flick the bike makes it very entertaining. Melandri versus Hayden versus Xaus versus Hopkins versus Tamada, sounds like a pretty entertaining top 5 to me.

PS That is not my actual Top 5

Ooost im dribbling at the thought- remember that article i put up the other day?

I think if Rossi wasnt there, for whatever reason, it would change all the riders.

They would be like vultures to a carcass once the lion has finished...

I'm gonna go for:

1. Melandri
2. Rossi
3. Tamada

Prob be wrong as usual

My picks.

1st Rossi

2nd Melandri

3rd Edwards ( or any other ex WSB rider
<
)

I like that idea Ron so I will copy it....

Head Says
1. Rossi
2. Edwards
3. Melandri

Heart Says
1. Edwards
2. Hayden
3. Bayliss
