AMA SBK Web site sucks!

What do you expect when they have this as a footer to the page:

"AMASuperbike.com is best viewed using Internet Explorer 5.0+ or Netscape Navigator 6.0+."

Blatant plug for micro$haft there. Almost any site these days is rendered as well, if not better, by Firefox.

The AMA have a long history of effing things up. Their racing has the potential to be vastly more popular than it already is. In my opinion the organization seems to be run by a bunch of monkeys.

Just a typical reflection of the management that run the series. Totally out of touch with reality and behind the times by about 5 years.

Is anyone actually dumb enough to use IE?

Agreed 100%, I was on there the other day trying to find information and it is terrible. But hey, they give you an option to change your background color on the display page, wow.

In a similar topic, what do you think about the new WorldSBK site?

I like the new WSBK site. Less clutter and you get more than a quarter screen for view stats.

the WSBK site sucks to, although not as bad as the AMA site...it doesn't work at times, and i can't seem to access any full race vids or live coverage there.

The Speed Channel site show the 2007 races, but I cannot find the link since they updated their site into something that is worse than both of those previously mentioned sites.
