Wow. I hope Young continues to develop and progress as a rider. Maybe we are looking at the next generation of American superbiker. What happened to Mladin? Maybe he's looking for a challenge by coming from 6th?
Honda look God awful this season and I hope they've have decided to reconsider pulling factory support for 2010. They need to go poach some top quality talent from another series so they have someone to help Hodgson. Zemke deserves better as well.
Is Roger Lee Hayden trying to look like a hobbit? He needs to do something about that mop on his head.

This will take a while to clean up. A couple years ago at VIR,a rider went down and spilled oil in one spot and it took over an hour to clean up.This is all way around the track .

I wonder why they waited till after they changed the weight from 365 to 380 on the Buell and 365 to 360 on the 600's. Maybe to make the numbers look better. If you can believe ANYTHING DMG says, they are saying that somebody { Buell} has a 12 horsepower advantage over the second strongest bike but a 27 hp advantage over the weakest. Unless they pulled a test on a backmarker and a factory 600 ,there is no way in hell there is a 20 hp difference in any of the top 600's. Why not release the results if you want to come across as not trying to fix a series.The fans that are boycotting DMG want to see proof with their own eyes. For all i know,Buell was tipped off about the suprise dyno test and detuned the big block 10-15 hp.
EDIT. After rereading the article,it says the top ten in Superpole were dynoed. isnt it odd that Eslick missed Superpole and just so happened missed the dyno. Barnes was there though. If my math is correct,they are saying that the Buell [my guess] has somewhere around 143hp. 380 lbs divided by 2.65 is 143.3 . I am theorizing that the Aprlia came in second at 131 hp . 385 didvided by 2.93 is 131.4. The last place finisher in the dyno shoot out had to be a 600 and it would have pulled 114.6 hp.
I have said all along that with the mods allowed,the 600's would be in the 120 hp range and the Buell would be in the 140-145 range. I wonder why they didnt give us some torque numbers to play with also
