After the flag competition prize; paddock passes

So I won two paddock passes to the race of my choice, this is awesome for sure... but I haven't succeeded to find information what does the paddock pass include; for example from where can you watch the race and qualifying if you have a paddock pass? This popped in to my mind, 'cause I read somewhere that for some of the races you can basically upgrade your normal moto gp ticket with a paddock pass and after the moto gp ticket + paddock pass you can upgrade your "ticket combination" again to a level where you are able to see the race from some point of the pit lane... in case I understood it right.

What about other possible extras that are included in the paddock pass? For me though, it's the most important thing to see a moto gp race live for the first time.

You should PM our member, 'shovelhead'. He won a pass and probably can help answer some of your questions.

Hey Janne,
Welcome, and congrats on winning the tickets.
Think you will find it is a General Admission ticket + a pit pass.
Which race you thinking about going to ???

It all depends which paddock passes you get.
At Laguna, you can buy a paddock pass for $50 so its a waste to use it there,
In Indy, Paddock passes can't be bought but if you go with VIP suites, you get a paddock passes, We have a great connection for Indy VIP, so don't waste it there.

I was in Valencia and I had "Premium Paddock" and that pass gave me full general admission plus paddock access, no grandstands.

I would email [email protected] and ask her what exactly the pass allows you at the venue of your choice.
Nuria Vilasis / Media Sales / Dorna Sports S.L
Tel. +34 93 470 2844 / Fax+34 93 473 8029
Narcís Monturiol 2, 08960, Sant Just Desvern - Spain

But again, don't waste it on Laguna.
You can sell your paddock passes in Europe for at least 400 euros/pair

Thanks for your answers! I already confirmed Dorna Sports that I'm going to see the Brno race in Czech Republic with my girlfriend (she's also a fan of this sport).

I also asked Mrs. Vilasis that question before and she answered that with the paddock pass we have access to the paddock and to the "viewing area" to watch the race. I don't know what kind of area she meant and I don't wanna bother a busy woman with my questions so I'm trying to puzzle this out in here :)

In valencia, there was a bleacher reserved for the teams that we could seat in them but we needed an extra pass which we were provided, maybe they will throw in that too.

Was this bleacher located at the main straight? Doesn't the teams usually sit in the "pit booth" watching the race from their own television?

That bleacher was at the last corner of the track at the beginning of the start/finish straight.
That bleacher was full during the GP race, I watched half the race from there.
During the MotoGP race, all of the 125/250cc garage doors have to be shut, so no use to be in there.

I think this whole thing will remain as a mystery until the race, but I don't mind. Like I said before I'm just the happiest human being right know knowing that I will see one race live next summer! Every other privilege that may come with the paddock pass I consider as a bonus.
