MCN, the most reliable source of rumors
<
figures this might be a new MotoGP bike, maybe?

Hmm. It sounds like it for sure but I really dont know if they would allow so many people to see what is going on in regards to testing the bike. Ilmor built?

Nice find Fundy, I had heard some rumors of that bike already lapping at Silverstone. It wouldn't surprise me if that's it.

Yep I posted about that bike a few days ago. It's indeed the Ilmor project, the rider is Sutil (chassis engineer and owner of Sutil engineering who make the Kawa GP chassis).

The bike is expected to debut as a wild card entry in the Valencia GP this year.

Raise your hand if you're going to see the Ilmor bike in person at the Valencia GP...

Yeah, it seemed like a buzzbox to me, but if the action keeps up, I`ll keep watching

As much as I've bad mouthed the 800s, I'm very eager to see how they perform. Everyone has talked about the peaky powerband similar to the 500s. Anything similar to a 500 is gold in my book. Should be spectacular stuff.

Be interesting to see how the guys who have just come up from the 250s go if it more like the 500 to ride. Looking forward to it!
