2011...The Grid

BTW

Ty Krop for the heads up MSMA Yeah its a sore point with me from a Middle Aged Gent that's been following Racing for a long long time

<
I't Ain't getting better Yet maybe soon

From 2012, things start getting better. Ironically, because Dorna start slowly taking the factories' toys away.

am i alone in not caring too much about grid size? if there were only 10 bikes i'd still watch it as long as there's close racing....that's all i want haha. that edge of your seat, jaw gaping, ... loosening action of yesteryears lol

On the TV it makes little difference, but for the people at the races its pretty important

ya i thought about the people watching it at the track...i guess they would have a different opinion. on the other hand...if there 30 bikes on the grid...but each was separated by 5 seconds then it's still going to be boring

One thing is absolutely sure:

Best rookie of 2011:

1. Cal Crutchlow

and also a second thing is absolutely sure:

2. Karel Abraham

Isn't it a shame there will be only two rookies in 2011, one of which will be there only because he's Cardion's son?

nods

and the grid also looks pretty pathetic on tv to be honest.

True.

I want a grid of minimum 20 riders. i wanna see good figths! I dont completely care if the fight is for 1st, 3rd or 19th as long as its good motorsports! and if U have 5 riders its more unlikely to have a lot of battles going on than if U got 20.

perhaps they enlarge the field by just putting 2 guys in one "row" in 2011!

WOW! 8 - 9 rows!!!!!!!!
