Good to see Kaaden getting the respect folks. I also read that the RG500 square four was very similar in design to 4 MZ 125 single engines in many ways. MZ did infact race tandem twin 250s, which isnt unlike half a square four really.
It's a story that has to be told, and remembered. Imagine if a little firm like Roberts or Derbi had built a class winning engine and the rider had run off to Suzuki with it a few years back.

Derbi did build a winning engine (full bike), they won various world championships with Nieto and others.
Though they were luckier and didn't get stabbed in the back by a rider.
