laptop

The past 2 races i was unable to be at home on my PC to catch the races...I was able to see them off families laptops...but no matter if i ran the 500kps or the .... 200kps it would lag a bit and be choppy, full screen or not... anyone use a laptop to catch live feed?...ever have this issue...
