Here in the UK, bike laws state that when your 17 you can ride a 125cc or any machine limited to 33bhp. I had originally thought of gettin a cbr125, but having spoke to other members I'd been advised to go for the vfr400 instead and then just stick a limiter in. Anyone got an opinion...
