i've had this burning question on my mind recently and i need some wisdom shed on the subject. How do they go about getting the umbrella girls for each race? Does some guy walk around town a day or so ahead and nab the ones he think'll work and assign them a team? Does the team do it all...

Anyone else noticed Rossi has had the same grid girl for a number of races now?.....wonder if she's anymore than just a brolly dolly? Pretty damn fine imo:
