Great race by Bayliss, would of been interesting to see what would of happened if Maz hadn't of crashed. Really good ride by Corser, one of the better races I've seen from him in recent years.
Race of the day goes to Michel fabrizio - great podium after that crash at the start of the race. You looked like you were in a lot of pain after the race. BTW - where the hell did your boot go?

Results for race 2!!
Another dominating display by Bayliss! A big crash by Biaggi at the end of Gardner straight. Gotta keep it upright Max - you've lost big points to Bayliss now. Lot of catchup for you. Dunno what happened to Corser - very unusal place to crash at PI. You were looking good too. At least your ok.
This may turn out to be a dominating year by Bayliss in you're swansong. Fantastic way to finish your career in Oz!!

Missed race one
<
it looks like it was exciting.

That Biaggi's crash in race two really scared me (or I'm more sensitive early in the morning), I really thought that bike is going to hit him. I'm curious about Corser too, he waved after, what happened
<
shame we didn't have better camera view. Haga should do something immediately!

Bayliss my man
<

Almost forgot, glad for Checa!

That bike could of landed on Biaggi - it wasn't far off! For a crash at that speed he looked ok afterwards. How about the Hanspree hondas on the warmup in race 1. All three almost took each other out going over Lukey Heights -crazy ....!!

Reports are saying that Max has a broken wrist. However, it could have been a lot worse! I'd hate to think what might have happened if his bike had of landed on him!

Bayliss was fantastic. He looked really good today. Good things happen to good people... Bayliss deserved to go out with a double win at home!

Great ride by Fabrizio after that horror accident at the start.

My ride of the day was by McCoy in the Supersport race (what a cracker of a race it was). He came from a long way back to catch the leading group on the Triumph. It's a pity he couldn't get on the podium.

just aired here in the states..

but WOW!!...that was so F##KING insane i just about pissed myself...

Totally! Great racing for the whole top 6-7 positions.

Brilliant ride by Carlos in race 2. Shame he couldn't keep up the pace in race 1.

Well from what i saw, some exciting racing was offered again. Pretty entertaining stuff
<
Bayliss rode excellently, and has made a pretty decent weekend of warning off challengers to the crown he wants back. Biaggi rode aggressively from the start, put decent moves on people throughout, and then managed to chuck it both times, big mistakes and a huge dent to his chances. Disappointing. Nice to see Checa and Honda building speed, i hope to see that continue.

.... me what great races. The old guy still knows how to push the Duke around faster than anyone else, pity Max binned it, although I must say his second crash was spectacular, he's lucky to walk away from it with only a broken wrist (judging by the complaints about the size of the stones, he's lucky walk away at all). Maybe the should call them quarry traps?

Supersport was as it should be, insane. Great ride from Gaz and hate to say it but standard stuff from Parkes.

Looking forward to Valencia.

Didn't see the race (when's it on in the UK?). Good to see Bayliss continue his good form. Also, I'm noticing Max Neukirchner gradually creeping up the board over time, now getting consistent top 10 finishes. Future frontrunner perhaps?

Great races, I was really pulling for Max to catch up and make it a fight for the top place. Unfortunately his bad qualifying forced him to have to push it too hard to get close and then crash. Man he is luck that bike didn't land on him in that high speed race 2 crash, scary stuff. Haga, always been my man, but something isn't clicking with him right now. Good to see Checa up there so early in his new WSBK career, but of course he has loads of experience. Also good to see Fonsi continue to do well. Xaus also looking good this year.

Pretty good racing.
It looks to me like Bayliss is going to stay on top this year but that 2nd and 3rd position
is going to be a great battle. A lot of different guys are able to podium unlike previous years.
I hope Sofoglu and Kiyonari can get up to speed soon and get in the mix.
As usual, where the .... is Kawi?
Max's 2nd crash was terrifying to watch.
I've always hated the WSBK announcers but I was really impressed with Steve Martin.
He was very entertaining and informative. I thought he was very honest with the assessment of
the bikes, riders, and even seemed annoyed when the producers cut away from shots too soon.
He had no problem giving his opinion about what he was seeing. I can't wait till we get a "Racing Incident" to see if he places blame on one of the riders which all other announcers never give an honest opinion about.
Much better than that muttering ..... they had before.

Hey guys, why aren't there more posters on these post race threads? Man, the racing is top notch, I could only hope we get 80-90% of what we get from WSBK in MotoGP. Seriously, 13 posts on such a great season excitement on these last two rounds, it’s amazing!

Great races, Balyliss can only stop himself (He is both good and lucky so far, he dodged a bullet Qatar race 1, almost took out Corser and we could have easily been saying what an .....). Max Biaggi is losing the possibility of a championship that he can no doubt win if he keeps on challenging without the crashes. He now has to hope for Bayliss to bin it a couple times while he scores big points. ...., I hate seeing such great performances only to have the championship standings lob sided. Wake up Haga. Like I said, he is a proven race winner, but he will again find a way to .... up his championship. Xaus is aggressive and now has a bike that can handle his aggression. For me the great surprise this season is Max--No, not Max Biaggi but rather Max Neukirchner. He was always a mid packer, and now he challenges for the lead. Other surprises are: Fonsi Nieto and Carlos Checa.

Does anybody smell new rules? Damn, Ducati. But I love it. Everybody who doesn't know .... will say Ducati has an unfair advantage. But Ducati is stacked with talent this year. Geez they got Bayliss, Biaggi, Xaus, and my new favorite rider, Frabrizio. Jesus H Christ, I would have had no problem with that dude sitting out the race when his boot went flying into outer space. But ......., to come back, battle with the boys, trade paint no less on his was to a podium, well you just gotta say, damn!

Oh yeah, ....... Honda are gonna need a serious readjustment in luck and effort. I'd say Kenan is doing as well as expected, but lets not go taking eachother out every race boys. So far Honda haven’t challenged as a whole.

Also, why does Kawasaki choose to embarrass themselves in this series year in year out?
