Should be a good one! Finally; I anticipate seeing Steeeeve posting in here as he complains that all we post about is Rossi bashing in the GP forum and believes we'd have nothing to talk about were it not for that, so I look forward to his contribution. I also live in false hope that JKD may post something of substance and not keep posting ... music video's that he claims not to enjoy.

I'm surprised how empty the circuit is. It's practically empty.

10.5 sec? Pew.
Depressing. Are we going to lose WSBK all together because of poor management, or just a changing audience?
Sounds like Rea was super pissed at crashing
That was a nasty crash. I am surprised he was not hurt just a bit.

Hayden rode to a podium. That is 90% rider and 10% bike, imo.

Rain, while they sit on the grid? You have got to be kidding. This could be a mess or entertaining, depending on your point of view. ;)

So pleased to see De Angelis on the podium! Less than a year after his big Motegi crash, thoroughly deserved....

From third on the grid Nicky went backwards faster than an Italian tank, hope he does better at Aragon.

Rea back to 'monster' mode. Poor Tom hit that nasty spot. The Hayden thing was surreal. Did they forget to change his suspension, leave out 4th gear, or what? He rides well in wet, usually. VDM dumped and still finished ahead of him with a broken bike.

To be fair hayden did go off track to avoid lowes his crash. That has to have cost him a lot of time

And VDM crashed, picked-up the bike, got it going, and finished with a broken fairing and god-knows-what-else broken. Hayden just rode off, because he obviously didn't trust the brakes/wet/lean combo. Hayden was slow. There must have been something seriously off with Hayden's bike that he didn't like for him to go from 3 to 17 within a lap. I hope I learn what happened.

I actually enjoyed WSS more than the Superbike class as usual. Always look out for local lad Stapleford. Great four way battle towards the end of the race between PJ, Krummenacher, Caricasulo and Zanetti. I like watching Cluzel who has a great natural way of handling a racing motorcycle.

Race 2 - you know conditions are bad if Westy crashes out. Good to see Camier up there. Van Der Mark's knackered blade was hilarious.

Ducati have long frustrated me in WSB for their tendency to fling token mediocre Italian riders on their factory machines. Lanzi, Fabrizio and currently Giugliano. Bontempi, Falappa and Chilli were legends though.
