WSBK Jerez Testing

HOLY ..... 2106, WHERE HAS THE TIME GONE?

IS THIS REAL LIFE?

Hahahahhaha, you fcuking .....! Hahahahaha I'm crying.

WV99 was obviously talking in dog year.

Anyway, I have a serious question, where would Nicky be lapping on a ZX-10? That Honda is a certified POS.

I still don't get why Nicky thinks he owes Honda his soul any longer.

He should be on the ZX-10R.

Nicky is running good.. Just hope it isn't all smoke and mirrors and him end up running in 8th all season.

Would finishing 3rd or 4th all season be considered a good season? I think so. The Kaw's are almost a different breed of bikes right now.

Krops tweeted this...wonder if he will come here and elaborate?

"I will be interested to see if Honda do release their V4 at last. That would be a weapon in the hands of Hayden."

Kawasaki have been putting in a serious effort here. No doubt. And once the Aprilia gets going, we are talking 3 manufacturers ahead, possibly 4 because Yamaha never .... around and will be stronger very soon, especially given their rider is recovering from injury. I think the best we can realistically hope for is top 5 finishes. Sykes and Rea just took out a lease on steps 1&2 on the podium. I expect Davies to occupy 3rd most of the year, his teammate will spend most of the season on his ... as usual. 4,5,6 will be a war between the Aprilia, Yamaha, and on good days Honda.

^thats the most "smack" you'll ever get from Nicky. Ha! And frankly, if I were HRC I'd be ashamed and embarrassed. They hyped up that RCV-RS so much, then put Nintendo 64 electronics on it for 2 years. No wonder everyone switched to Ducs, that proddy was a real bait and switch scheme.

But as you said, Nicky suffers from the Hopkin's Syndrome, loyal to a fault. Hayden made the switch 2 years too late. He should have took Ducati's offer. There is no doubt he'd take that Penisgali and give the Kwakers a run right now.

L8brake, forgetaboutit. No way Honda release the V4. They'll make Nicky suffer all year, then come out with it when it's too late. By that time Yamaha, Ducati, and Kawasaki will be so far ahead the V4 will be on the back foot again. Honda don't take Wsbk seriously.

If Kawasaki had a seat open, I'm sure they would've loved to sign Hayden. Even a satellite 10R is better than the factory CBR.

Not sure if going with the Duc would have been the best decision long term. Yeah, this year Nicky will need some luck and to ride a perfect race to make a podium, so yes, the Duc would have probably put him the the podium more often and would have been a better ride for 2016. But, I feel Honda will give him a new bike in 2017 that will compete and make him competitive with the Kaw's, Duc's, and more importantly the Yamaha's. (Don't see Yamaha playing around. If they put a bike in, they are going to put a bike that can win.) Can't believe Nicky would have passed on a better ride unless he honestly thought in the long term he would have a better chance to win. If he did.. That is on him..

As Jum said, I fear Honda won't care about WSBK especially when their MotoGP project is suffering.

And get it right, the RCV had Nintendo SNES level of electronics, Hayden only dreamed of N64 spec!

True.now that they got the best and 3rd best rider in sbk one can expect them to finish. ...where they do.

The kawa has always been a good bike.probably on par with the rsv4 since 2011.

Nick ain't gon do shiat. Fireblade has been .... since 2008 and no one in their right mind would classify him as one of the top 10 motorcycle racers in the world. The tragedy here is if vdm is sidelined too long. No win situation if u manage to beat hayden to fifth

Hayden would stomp a mud hole in Rea's ... on the same bike.
