Out of Nowhere
Chaz has ridden impeccably since the summer break. Rider and bike both look so sorted and harmonious. Had race 2 in Lausitzring Race 2 avoided the Monsoon it would have been five in five. World Championship form.

Looking forward to the new Blade SPII next year - in spite of what will be a developmental season.

How does Giugliano stay on that bike? - given that he struggles to do so whenever he rides it? Said this before, Lanzi, Fabrizio, even Chili - token underwhelming Italian always has to occupy one of the factory seats? Sounds harsh, but Frankie never had a World Championship in him.

Rea bides his time until tomorrow then.

Congratulations to Sofuoglu. This championship really is his own.

Yet to watch the main race at Motegi. More interested this and in particular watching Chaz. I recall the first time I saw him as a rider in the Aprilia 125 championship in the late 90s (which is how I first saw Cal ride) and have followed his career closely since his impressive debut season in GP in 2001. Right now, this is as good as I have ever seen him on a motorcycle. Chaz + the Panigale - it's a sheer delight to behold. As I said - were it not for the lottery of the rain at Lausitzring this would be six out of six.

Championship to be decided at Losail then. Rea only needs what - two points is it? Pretty much job done.

Good ride from Nicky.

Over to Motegi on the hard drive then.
