Wow!! this is weird ..... the 3 guys who topped the motogp WC last year!! ..... I woulda thought many others had more reason to "whinge"

Agreed it's weird.
I would have thought Nicky had most reason to whinge after 2007, yet he never did.
Showed a lot of class because Honda really deserved a public bashing for the support they showed him in 2007.

No worries people, we have a couple of heavy weight whiners coming next year: Jorge Lorentho (he counts for two people, him and his ego).
Looking at the results so far, wow how things have changed. Anybody remember when I use to say things like they should rename this site: rossiworshipers.com and rossibobbers.com? Amazing, this site use to be such a Rossi dominated forum, and now just two years of no championships its become a rather diverse crowd around here. Haha, I love it.

Don't just carry on with your selective memory. I don't mind you being the forum troll, you provide much appreciated humor (even though most of the time its laughing at you rather than with you); but come down to reality every now and then buddy. Casey is human, just like Rossi and all the other riders.

Going by volume, Rossi probably did most and Melandri had a couple of hissy fits, didn't he?
But you could argue that they had something to complain about.
Stoner had a great package, but he still managed to find something to whine about, that irks me more than Rossi does.

It is undeniable that casey stoner did a fair bit of whinging in 2007, but oddly mainly after he had racked up a number of wins. Even more oddly he didn't whinge much in 2006 when he arguably had quite some justification for doing so.
It may be an australian trait, because as I have said before I remember mick doohan complaining quite a lot during several of his championship years, particularly about alex criville

2. Now compare this to the ones that probably had <u>nothing</u> or at least <u>very little</u> (perhaps imaginary) reasons/problems to complain about their package--this person was/is on the news REPEATEDLY?

Isnt Hoffman the worst? He thought his bike was so uncompetitive he gave up and got the bullet for it!
Sure they all whine from time to time but at the end of the day theres nothing more frustrating than riding a bike that doesnt allow you to show your true ability....
