On one hand, we have a highly successful MotoGP manager leaving, on the other an old friend of Ben during his WSBK rout replacing him. Can Massimo adapt quickly to the MotoGP method? Losing Brivio was probably a natural effect as much as losing Burgess, but what does this move mean for Ben to have somebody having to learn the ropes?

well according to mastidon or what ever the .... name is spies would want his own peeps rather than burgess and the rest of rossi's crew.

it means when it goes .... up he can blame Rossi for taking davide

and kop out of anything else by blaming Meregalli cause he dont know ....

unless they get stuck up each other swapping skin then that might rub off into swapping paint on the track

bk to the point there aint many bad managers its going to be an ask to keep with yourgay the whole season

if ben can get the mechanics to set up the yam how he wants it will be ok unless pressure gets to him

I think it will bode well for Spies. I don't have anything to back up that statement other than to say having been together before and achieved what they did has to be a positive and is one less dynamic to worry about within the team. He is a known quantity for Spies and has proven they can work together. That has to be good.

I can't say with any degree of specificity what the team manager does - but my guess it's all

about logistics and getting everybody from place to place and seeing they have what they

need and acquiring whatever they don't have. I don't reckon the job changes that much

from WSBK to MGP.
