Yes, the title of the song is: ...., ...., fuckity........ But I think you'll like the chorus, it goes like this, 'don't cry for me valentino, i'm your test rider now'.

What a race!! thanks to the racing gods for this last gp.

So many overtakes, a lot of battles. I will look forward to see Simochelli next year, and i hope he learns to keep his advantage and doesn't give it all away at last. He did Rossi a little favor today with letting him go easily.

The greatest of this race was Lorenzo, after 2 or 3 laps i knew the race was his.

After Lorenzo comes Stoner who thanks to him we saw a little battle between him and Horhay, to me this was the first time they battled for the lead(or i,m forgeting something).

Then is The Doctor, who hadn't a nice weekend from begin, but anyhow managed to get the least of what was available with a podium and taking the 3th position of the championship.

The fight behind the top 3, was the most interesting and full of action, at the end Ben took the top and also finished 6th in the championship, that's almost where we all thought he will finish.

Simoch lost it very poorly, but he showed that he is a fighter and has found the secret to compete in this serie. i,m becoming a fan of him.

Dovi's races looks like yoyo, he changes place a lot, he goes back, then comes front and again back and finally comes to middle, i think if he had more time he would do that more than a few times in every race.

Pedrosa did his best, but he got tired later and felt back, but still he managed to defend his 2nd place in the championship with success, just like Rossi did against Stoner and Stoner did against Dovi.

That was it for this year, we should go to winter slip untill march or april.

It actually looked for a while that Lorenzo and Rossi were working together. That pass on Pedro looked like, dare I say it, "teamwork".
<

They both were very civil to eachother on the podium too. Did they burry the hatchet? I saw them pour the bubbly on eachother rather prolonged.

Yes that was a nice bit, but i think that was more of an accidentally team work than a calculated one.

Nice celebration and record of 383 points by Lorenzo, he shows he cares about records and i like that. he will try to better records as much as he can. He will be the next Rossi.

btw Jumkie did the crash of Hayden today had anything to do with being under Ben's pressure or something else. i say this since you among a few say Rossi's injury was under pressure of Lorenzo.

imo it was at the same time more pressure on him from himself to finish the season on a high.

Well the man I `bop` for decided on a win it or bin it day but overall we were lucky to get 3 cracking races on the same day....it was just FANTASTIC !!!!!!!

I don't think I've said Rossi crashed under pressure in regards to Lorenzo. But I would agree with this assessment given that they were both in a title fight at the time.

Did you hear Nicky's talk about the crash during the race? I think he told his crew, yo I'm gonna win or its coming back in pieces. I doubt it had anything to do with Spies, as Nicky needs podiums. I think he conceded 6th place for a podium finish because I think in Nicky's estimation, another 4th was unbearable. I think it was self imposed pressure. If he was riding to secure the 6th, he would have rode less aggressive I think.

A beautiful race. With a last-lap duel it would have become something really to remember -- but we cannot have everything.

A good promise for next year though.

Stoner -- did he set up the bike more for the pole than for the race? Moreover, the choice of a hard rear tire may have been the wrong one. Fact is, the lap times were not as fast as one would expect, for whatever reason.

Lorenzo survived his first duel with big-boy Simoncelli, kept his cool after almost binning it, then went on to win the race in dominant fashion. I frankly did not expect him to be able to beat Stoner today, but he did. Hats off.

Rossi was the only rider to ride faster in the race than in practice, but it wasn't enough. As it was the case at Estoril, after a good first half of the race he slowly deflated. As in Estoril, he was unable to reply to Lorenzo in fashion. I think this is the maximum Rossi can give at present. I noticed his braking became loose in the second half.

After the race, Burgess said on Italian TV that Rossi needs to have surgery and fix his shoulder, that he's not 100% and that's why he often fades out towards the end of the race. He added, the target for their team is winning the first race in Qatar. Now, really...?!

Season over, all eyes are on Tuesdays's tests. Then, 2011. We'll have many answers next season

HAHAHA! freaking awesome pig. I had lost confidence in ya but u brot it back. Hilarious dude.

Ben putting on a clinic on how to correctly race close.

was a great race imo, rossi dropped back to 9th at the start so did very well to get third. stoner looked great and exciting to watch. lorenzo was awesome and deserved the win. Bit hypocritical to moan about the passing at motego when he goes pulling moves like he did on simonchelli tho. Personally i love to see bad manners when racing as long as no one gets hurt. Dovi was great ,i hope he gets treated right next season as he has massive potential.

^^ +1

great race, congrats gaymo in the gaymo helmet, stoner, Doc (go get that shoulder fixed), Spies my man, Nick what can i say ffs

That move on Simoncelli is going to come back to haunt him when next he whines about rough racing.

The stupidity of it was nearly expunged by the brilliance of the save. Seeing that save in slow-motion

takes the breath away.

My picture kept freezing up - so I missed the best part of the race - which was all the passing between

Spies, Dovi and Simocelli - which I just watched on replay. That was some great last minute action.

Strangely - since I'm a known "hater" I was disappointed that Rossi didn't kick Lorenzo's ... in Spain. I guess winning at Valencia is a bridge that Rossi has to cross.

And not to be the grammar police or anything but - why is it so many of you mofos keeps spelling Simoncelli

with a non-existent "H"???
