Well If I was you Rossi worshippers I would be hoping like hell Stoner does the job for you today .... he's the only one capable of pipping Pedrosa ....

So back him for a day at least LOL

I absolutely HATE qualifying tyres....it lets slow racers get one great lap to end up ruining fast racers first laps...

Hayden is so far off race pace that he was looking to start from 12 or lower, and then Q-tyres make it look like he could fight for a podium...Instead Nicky will become an obstruction to good racing, and be likely cause of a pile up on turn 2 to 3....which will let Casey run away with it from the start since his only real competition are on Bridgestones.

Kill Q-Tyres in MotoGP and let ability and race pace decide the grid!

Its becomg pretty funny to see you take shots at pretty much everything Hayden does. I don't know if you are just making fun or you seriously have this hatred for the nicest guy out there. Either way, keep it up

hayden is gonna go all out to win a race this season, hes been trying real hard the last few races. hes gone pretty fast (suprisingly)

I still think Stoner will win - Pedrobot's about the only one who can challenge him! Hayden, absolutely no chance - lucky to make top 8. Bad luck Valentino, I hope you race and get at least a point and stop the Spanish dwarf from getting second in the championship!

im still putting a lazy 10er on rossi

save it, its not 2004 anymore.

They say Rossi may not race since he is only fighting for 2nd place.

I say ......... There is no way his pride will ever let him get beat in points by the tiny terrorista.
I look foward to seeing him do his siv thru water technique thru the field.
Maybe West can follow him and learn a thing or two about motivation.

Did you watch the whole session?
With 15 minutes to go he was running 6th.

I did watch the whole session.....and Nicky did 3 flying laps on Q-tyres the first one put him in 6th....before that on Race tyres he was nearly 1.5 to 2.0 seconds off the race pace of Stoners and Pedrosa....and at Valencia that is huge!

Even Nicky accepted as much during the interview - "When I put the qualifiers on, the bike was really good and fun to ride - that was by far the most fun I've had this weekend and I dropped my lap time by two and a half seconds ," he confirmed. "But it's honestly been a bit of a nightmare this weekend up to now. For whatever reason I cannot get the race tyres to work for me here.

Valencia is a hard track to pass on, last time Rossi tried it he lost a world championship. I think he might race but i would expect nothing from him because one point is enough to secure the only thing left to play for.

I don't hate Nicky. I think he's highly overrated by many on this forum and that may down to their and his nationality only. This year he will end up in 9th place, to have the second worse title defense in the last 20 years of the sport, and next year he'll make top 8 and be dropped by Repsol/HRC.

I think the same of Hopper. I am sure he's a great person but is overrated by many people. Hoppers has been in 6 years and finaly gets a (3) podiums in 2007 and still no wins versus someone like Elias 2 years in MotoGP and 2 podiums and a Win.

The difference of course is that Nicky Hayden is a motogp world champion, a hard thing to overrate. As for your prediction of next year, we'll have to wait and see but we all know Nicky can do better than that

Rossi 3 laps and a best of 1:38"890. Me thinks he wont make it to the grid.

Pulled out a 1:35"621 at the end of 8 laps. If he fronts up he could get a point, a few dnf's and balls of steel could make it happen.

Hhaha West is starting to crash as much as Xaus does, also Rossi seems to be hurting and only 2 michelins in the top 10 during Warm up hahaha we will see what happens.

Edit: I know this is off topic but I was just playing Motogp 07 on ps2 and finished a race and right at the line tied Stoner( was playing as Hayden) we both crossed at the same time EXACTLY and it showed me as the winner and Stoner was a lap down, hmmm wierd glitch or maybe a premonition....this was at valencia too.....

Is Davies out? Didn't go out for warm up - and what about Checa? Have we seen the end of his motoGP career?

We'd never want him to win. What we are hoping for is Rossi to finish 15th..

Off topic:

How ironic rossi out-qualified Roberts after only doing 5 laps.. lol
