Predictions

Pedrosa

Stoner

Dovi

Spies

Cant believe the season is over, it passed so quickly.. Bring on a new year, and a new era.

I must admit, that the day and next after Marco's death, I didn't feel like Valencia was going to happen, or at least me not want to watch it. But honestly, reading and seeing all the eulogies and the process of grappling with the event went a long way to comfort and put things into perspective. The input and exchanges of all sides here on Powerslide has also provided a great outlet and way to deal with the tragic even as it relates to the sport and us personally. Today, I feel that Valencia will help continue this process and in a way (not sure how this will sound); but, I feel proud to be part of this sport and all its spectators, competitors, and principals. I got to see another side of this sport which I hope makes a lasting positive impact on us all. I recall Nicky and Spies describe it as a traveling family, and I think that sentiment extends to us spectators.

As far as predictions, I think we will have another memory etched in our minds about how the sport honors its fallen. When I read Sic's dad request a moment of GP noise, I thought that is perfect. This man has had a great presence of mind through this ordeal, and this is a fitting tribute at the track. Whoever I'm texting at the time while watching the race, I'll be sure to use all caps. I may even go out and start up the bike and wind it up. Though I'm not sure the neighbors will appreciate it, since the race will be at 5:00am my time. But maybe I'll just say .... it, wake up call suckas.

I'm going out on a limb and call Rossi on the podium and he will do some sort of on track memorial for 58.

I agree. I didn't want to watch valencia either but now i know i have too (because i want to). Ps members have allowed me to vent my outrage, anger, frustration, sadness, just about every emotion and im gratefull to all even if we did disagree and fight.

Simos dad is a Rock imho, after watching him, listening to him ect i just have so much respect for him. I know it sounds strange but reading his comments made it feel like he is our father, the father of the race community. The man was so strong while we were so sad and trying to make sence of it all.

His suggeston of a minite of noise is perfect. Damn i think dorna should allow extra fuel and an extra engine to accomidate if needs be.

I was thinking the other night, if there was anyone i would like to meet in sport, it would be the Siomocelli's .Even though they are not technically in sport, they have been more inspiring than any athlete ive come across. Mom and Dad have both been incredible.

Well Yamaha has chosen to replace Jlo with their test rider again and he will come in last, he doesn't know the track.

Honda 1 2 3

Hayden

Spies

Rossi

I predict that the number 58 will be on the winning bike or on the winning leathers!

I'm really looking forward to this weekend. I think MotoGP will honor Marco well and we'll see a fitting end to this season and this season's Champion.

At any rate,

Pedro

Stoner

Dovi

Bautista

Hayden

Rossi

other folks...

I will predict that my prediction that Ducati will not podium this year will be completely glossed over. I predict that some of you may want to point out that technically I was wrong because in two races when half the grid ended up on a tow truck, Ducati limped its way to the bottom step. I predict that noone on here will herald me a genius with more foresight than Nostradamus. And finally I predict that once again Ducati will not podium

Well man, wrong is wrong. Ducati did in fact podium. You gotta finish to get on the podium and they did just that...

You're about as clairvoyant as Pinky dude.

But Nostradamus was right. U've already been wrong on two occasions.

Dovi (two fingers up to Honda, and wants that 3rd place)

Pedrosa (turn asimo on and what him go)

Spies (would be down for a win but he just wants season to end)

Stoner (will get pole but not that fussed about winning this one)

Rossi (give it his all for number 58 then do tribute)

Bautista (hungry and wants to show them all, may end up higher)

Capirossi (will give it his all just to go higher up the grid than normal but also finish the race)
