Hi,
I am planning to do the NW200, IOMTT and selected Motogps in Europe 2025. When I was there in the 20th Century (I am that old) you could catch a tour bus in the UK on a friday and get delivered to a European Motogp and then back at the end of the weekend. I cannot find them at the moment. Has anybody got recent experience on who does this now?

Regards

Yesterday I was wondering how to get to the German GP, and it seemed quite difficult without transport. (There is a shuttle bus from a nearby village for those who have cars and can park.) Sachsenring | MotoGP Shuttle bus | MotogpSachsenring.com

Searching further, I found this tour bus in the UK to Silverstone, but it's leaving from Scotland. https://www.caledonian.com/sports/motor-sport/moto-gp I've searched their site, and can't find any other MotoGPs. I note that the price of the whole trip including hotel, travel including coach to the circuit, meals, still costs less than a single ticket to the track only for Formula One. I also note the coach is already mostly full for Silverstone.

This company had a trip to Assen, but of course it's already been: Assen Moto GP by Coach Pickup points available around the country.

British GP @ Silverstone again here, with a small selection of pickup points. Door2Tour - Motogp Silverstone 2024 - General Admission

This is a Czech company, but Prague is easy to get to by plane. In fact, I've taken a day trip to Dresden from Prague and back before, and it was easy. Not sure how to get to the Sachsenring from Dresden, even though it's between Leipzig and Dresden. Tours,VIP packages, paddock team experience and tickets from Pole Position Travel But, maybe odd to fly to Prague and then back to Aragon.

There are some others that include, for example, optional flight packages. And some other bits and pieces. But, nothing that really matches what you want.

Thanks AT, I found those as well. It looks like most racing tour operators have got out of the travel aspect.

Based on purely personal experiences from European tracks, I'd either hire a bike/scooter, or hail a cab for the venues not in the vicinity of any town.

Misano and Spielberg was walking distance from the train stations, never been to Sachsenring.

The beauty of the old system was that once you got onboard the bus in the UK it was somebody else's problem to get you there and back. Most of the time on friday nights you would sleep uninterrupted because the bus would cross borders with minimal fuss. Never had luggaged checked. At worse, border officials just wanted to match passports with people.

I was also thinking (I looked earlier in the week) that a simple 'get on the coach and wait' method of doing things would be much more convenient than having to arrange things myself. Many of the European tracks seem to be in the middle of nowhere. So, getting a taxi from Dresden or Leipzig to get to the Sachsenring is going to cost a lot.
