You can try to go to the doors next to the ticket selling offices on friday, there are usually guys who re-sell tickets outside, it's not exactly legal so they don't have a banner on them saying "I sell tickets", but they are easy find (probably they'll find you and offer them).
It is expensive that way (probably 2 or 3 times the cost of the ticket, sometimes even more if the demand is high) you may try to bargain, be aware of FALSE tickets.
Another option is to look up on local internet forums. Just google for "entradas GP Valencia" (Valencia GP tickets). If you don't speak/write spanish I can write an email for you.

THANKS FOR THE ADVISE MATE BUT MANAGED TO GET THE TOP NOTCH GRANDSTAND TICKETS LAST. JUST TOUCHED LUCKY THE MINUTE A GUY POSTED THEM ON EBAY I FOUND THEM AND LUCKY ENOUGH HE HAS DONE THEM AS A BUY IT NOW AT THE FACE VALUE OF THE TICKET. THERE IS A GOD
